    Getting There

    Ferry

    From Sliema, head to the Sliema Ferries terminal, which is located along the waterfront. You can walk along the promenade towards the direction of the Tower Road. Once you reach the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Valletta. The ferry ride takes about 10-15 minutes and offers beautiful views of the Grand Harbour. Upon arrival at the Valletta ferry terminal, you will find signs directing you towards the exit. After disembarking, turn left and walk along the waterfront path for approximately 15 minutes, following the signs to Senglea. You’ll pass by the historic areas of Valletta before crossing a bridge that leads you to Senglea.

    Bus

    From Sliema, you can catch bus number 133 from the bus stop located on The Strand. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. The bus ride to Senglea will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Senglea bus stop, disembark and walk towards the waterfront. You will be greeted by stunning views of the harbor. Follow the path along the waterfront, and you will reach the main attractions of Senglea within a few minutes' walk.

    Walk

    If you prefer to walk, you can start from the Sliema promenade. Head towards the direction of the Tower Road and continue straight along the coastal path. This scenic walk will take you through the beautiful areas of Sliema, past the Tigne Point shopping area and along the seafront. After about 45 minutes, you will reach the Valletta ferry terminal. From there, you can either take the ferry to Valletta or continue walking along the waterfront towards Senglea. Following the coastline, you’ll enjoy the views and arrive in Senglea after another 15-20 minutes of walking.
