From Sliema, head towards the Sliema Ferries terminal located along the waterfront. You can easily locate this area by following the promenade that runs along the coast. Once you reach the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Valletta. The ferry ride takes about 10-15 minutes and offers stunning views of the Grand Harbour. Upon arrival at the Valletta Ferry Terminal, you will be right at the entrance of Valletta, ready to explore the city.

If you prefer to travel by bus, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road, Triq Tigne, which should be a short distance from where you are in Sliema. Look for buses heading towards Valletta, specifically routes 13, 14, or 16. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, you will be just a short walk away from the main attractions in Valletta.
