If you are driving, head towards Valletta from any point in Southern Harbour. Use the main roads such as Triq Sant' Orsla to reach Upper Barrakka. There is limited parking available in Valletta, so look for designated parking areas. The nearest parking garage is the 'City Gate' parking. From the parking, it is a short walk to Upper Barrakka.
Public Transportation - Bus
You can take one of the public buses that connect Southern Harbour to Valletta. Look for routes 30, 31, 32, or 133 which frequently run to Valletta Bus Station. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta Bus Station, exit and head towards Triq Sant' Orsla.
