From the center of St. Julian's, start at Spinola Bay. Walk along the promenade heading towards Sliema. Continue walking past the beach area until you reach the bus stop at Sliema Ferries. From there, take the bus towards Valletta (routes 13 or 14). After about 30 minutes, get off at the Valletta stop. Once in Valletta, head towards Republic Street, which is the main street. Walk straight down Republic Street, and you will find Cafe Capitolino on your left.

If you are near the Dragonara Casino, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take the bus heading towards Valletta (routes 13 or 14). The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Valletta, disembark at the Valletta bus terminus. From the terminus, follow Republic Street until you reach Cafe Capitolino, which will be on your left side.
