    Start at the main square in St. Julian's, known as Spinola Square. From Spinola Square, head southeast towards the coastline, following the promenade along the sea. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end near the Portomaso Marina. Turn left onto Triq il-Luzzu and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Triq San Ġorġ. Turn right onto Triq San Ġorġ and continue walking until you reach Triq Xintill. Turn left onto Triq Xintill, and after a short distance, you will arrive at the Dom Mintoff Monument located at 7 sqaq nru.2, Triq Xintill, Tarxien.
