Walking
Start at the main square in St. Julian's, known as Spinola Square. From Spinola Square, head southeast towards the coastline, following the promenade along the sea. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end near the Portomaso Marina. Turn left onto Triq il-Luzzu and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Triq San Ġorġ. Turn right onto Triq San Ġorġ and continue walking until you reach Triq Xintill. Bus
From St. Julian's, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the Dragonara Casino. Take bus number 71 or 72 towards Valletta. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Tarxien stop. From the bus stop, walk along Triq il-Mardini, then turn left onto Triq Xintill. Continue straight, and you will reach the Dom Mintoff Monument located at 7 sqaq nru.2, Triq Xintill, Tarxien.
