Getting there

Car

If you are driving from Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, head east on the main road. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit to continue on the main road towards St. Paul's Bay. Continue straight for another 2 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road; keep to the right towards Xemxija. After approximately 1 kilometer, look for signs to Il-Hofra on your left. There is limited parking available near Il-Hofra, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot.

Public Transportation

To reach Il-Hofra via public transport, begin at the nearest bus stop in Ghajn Tuffieha Bay. Take bus number 101 towards Valletta and disembark at the St. Paul's Bay stop. From there, switch to bus number 42 towards Xemxija. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Xemxija stop. From this stop, walk towards the coast, following the signs to Il-Hofra. The walk will take around 20 minutes, and you will pass through scenic paths along the way.

Walking

If you prefer to walk from Ghajn Tuffieha Bay to Il-Hofra, start by heading southeast on the coastal path. Follow the trail that runs along the cliffs, providing beautiful views of the sea. The walk is approximately 3 kilometers and will take about 45 minutes. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes, as some sections may be rocky.
