From the center of Tarxien, head northwest on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ. The Collegiate Church of the Immaculate Conception will be approximately 300 meters ahead on your right side.

From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Knisja. Take bus route 81 towards Valletta. Get off at the stop 'Cospicua' (approximately a 10-minute ride). From there, walk southeast along Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ for about 5 minutes, and the Collegiate Church of the Immaculate Conception will be on your right.

If you are near the Tarxien Temples, exit the site and head west on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, passing through the residential areas.
