Walking
From the center of Tarxien, head south towards Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq San Lucjan. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Triq il-Qajjenza. Turn left onto Triq il-Qajjenza and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will see Fort Delimara on your left. The total walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Start at the Tarxien bus stop located near Triq il-Kbira. Catch bus number 81 towards Marsaxlokk. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes and look for the stop named 'Marsaxlokk, Fort Delimara.' Once you get off, walk a short distance to your left and you will find Fort Delimara. Check the local bus schedule for the latest timings.
