Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of the Tas-Silġ Area. Head east on Triq Tas-Silġ towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach Triq il-Hamra and turn left. Follow this road as it curves and merges into Triq tal-Ballut. Keep driving until you reach the junction with Triq il-Luzzu. Turn right onto Triq il-Luzzu and follow it until you see signs for Il-Ponta tal-Marbat. There is limited parking available near the destination, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the bus from the main bus terminal in Valletta. Board bus number 81 or 82, which will take you towards Marsaskala. Get off at the stop named 'Il-Kantra' which is the closest stop to Tas-Silġ Area. From there, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes. Head east on Triq Tas-Silġ, then turn left on Triq il-Hamra, and continue until you reach the junction with Triq il-Luzzu. Follow the signs to Il-Ponta tal-Marbat. Be sure to check the local bus schedules for the latest timings and any fares, which typically range from €1.50 to €2.00 depending on the time of day.
Walking
If you are already in the Tas-Silġ Area and prefer to walk, start from the nearest landmark, the Tas-Silġ Church. From the church, head east on Triq Tas-Silġ and follow the road as it curves left. Continue straight until you reach Triq il-Hamra and turn left. Walk along this road until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Luzzu, and turn right. Continue straight, and you will see signs directing you to Il-Ponta tal-Marbat. The walk is approximately 30 minutes and offers beautiful views along the way.
