If you are driving from the Tas-Silġ Area, head north on Triq Tas-Silġ towards Valletta. Continue on the main road until you reach the St. Elmo Bridge. The St. Lazarus Bastion is located at the end of the bridge. There is limited parking available near the bastion, so be prepared to park and walk a short distance to the site.

Take Bus Route 81 or 82 from the nearest bus stop in Tas-Silġ, heading towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Castille' bus stop in Valletta. From there, walk towards St. Elmo Bridge, which is a short 10-minute walk. The St. Lazarus Bastion is located at the end of the bridge.
