Walking
From the Upper Barracca Gardens, head towards the exit and take the stairs down to Triq Sant' Anna. Turn right and walk down the street until you reach the end. Continue straight onto Triq il-Lvant and follow it until you reach the main road, Triq il-Kbira. Cross the road and turn left onto Triq il-Kbira, which will take you through Valletta's busy shopping area. Follow this road until you reach the bus terminus. From the terminus, take bus number 2 or 3 towards Bormla and alight at the Bormla stop. From there, walk towards Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ, and the Collegiate Church of the Immaculate Conception will be on your right.

From Valletta, make your way to the main bus terminus located just outside the city gate. Look for buses heading towards Cospicua (Bormla), specifically buses number 2 or 3. Board the bus and enjoy the short ride. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Bormla stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight towards Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ. The Collegiate Church of the Immaculate Conception will be located on this street.

If you are starting from the Valletta Waterfront, head up the steps towards Triq il-Ferrovija and walk towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the main street, Triq il-Kbira. Turn right and walk along the street until you reach the bus terminus. From there, board bus number 2 or 3. After reaching the Bormla stop, walk along Triq il-Pellegrinaġġ, and you will find the Collegiate Church of the Immaculate Conception nearby.
