Starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens in Valletta, walk towards the entrance of the gardens and exit onto the main street, Triq Sant'Anna. Turn left and walk down the street until you reach the end. You will see the panoramic view of Valletta ahead. This area offers stunning views over the Grand Harbour and is a great spot to take photos.
