Walking
If you are in the heart of Valletta, start at the Upper Barracca Gardens. From there, head towards the main entrance of the gardens and take the steps down to the lower road. Once you reach the bottom, turn left and walk along the waterfront road. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, enjoying the views of the harbor on your right. You will pass by several cafes and shops. Marsamxett Harbour will be directly in front of you as you approach the end of the road.
Public Transport
From Valletta Bus Station, take bus number 133 or 134 towards Sliema. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Sliema Ferries' stop. Once you exit the bus, head towards the waterfront and walk along the promenade towards your right. Continue walking until you see Marsamxett Harbour ahead. It should take around 5-10 minutes of walking.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, you can find one at any of the taxi stands around Valletta. Simply tell the driver to take you to Marsamxett Harbour. The ride should take about 5 minutes, depending on traffic. This is a convenient option if you are carrying luggage or prefer not to walk.
