Walking
If you are starting from the Upper Barracca Gardens, exit the gardens and head down the steps towards the main road, which is Triq Sant' Anna. Turn left onto this road and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will come to the main thoroughfare, Triq Ir-Repubblika. Turn right onto Triq Ir-Repubblika and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Pjazza Teatru Rjal will be on your left, near the end of the street, marked by a significant structure.

Starting from the National Museum of Archaeology, exit the museum and turn right onto Triq Villegaignon. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Triq Ir-Repubblika. Turn left onto Triq Ir-Repubblika and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Pjazza Teatru Rjal will be on your right, after passing several other historical buildings.

If you are coming from the Valletta Waterfront, make your way to the nearest bus stop and take any bus that heads to the city center. Get off at the stop for the 'Auberge de Castille' or 'Republic Street.' From there, walk towards Triq Ir-Repubblika and head left. Walk along the street for about 7 minutes, and you will find Pjazza Teatru Rjal on your left.

From the Lower Barracca Gardens, exit towards the main road. Head up the steps to Triq Sant' Anna and turn right. Follow the street until you reach Triq Ir-Repubblika. Turn left and continue walking for about 10-12 minutes, passing various shops. Pjazza Teatru Rjal will appear on your left, easily identifiable by its architectural features.
