Walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the harbour, until you reach the end of the waterfront. Next, turn right onto Triq il-Lvant and follow the road. The Siege Bell War Memorial is located at 32 Lvant, Il-Belt Valletta, and should be in view as you approach. The memorial is easily identifiable by its large bell structure.
