Walking
Start at the Upper Barracca Gardens, which is located near the Barracca lift. Exit the gardens and make your way down to the lift. Take the lift down to the lower level and walk towards the main road (Triq il-Lanca). Turn left and continue straight until you reach the waterfront area. The Valletta Waterfront is approximately a 10-minute walk from the lift. Follow the signs towards the harbor area, and you will see the distinctive waterfront restaurants and shops.

From Valletta Bus Station, take bus number 133 towards the Valletta Waterfront. The bus station is located just outside the City Gate. After boarding the bus, stay on for about 10 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the Valletta Waterfront. You will hear announcements on the bus, so listen for 'Valletta Waterfront' to know when to get off. Once you disembark, follow the signs to the waterfront area.

If you are starting from the main square in Valletta (Piazza Regina), head towards the National Library of Malta. From there, walk down Triq ir-Repubblika, which will lead you to the main entrance of Valletta. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area. The walk will take about 20 minutes. Look for signs pointing towards the waterfront, and you will arrive at the Valletta Waterfront where you can enjoy the views and shops.
