For those using public transportation, take bus route 45 from Valletta to Mġarr. Once you arrive at the Mġarr bus terminal, exit and walk south on Triq il-Wied. Continue onto Triq il-Qasam, following the signs to Ta' Marija Cave. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes from the bus terminal to the cave.
