Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Xaghra, head southeast on Triq il-Kanun towards Triq Sant' Anton. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Labour and follow it until you reach the T-junction. At the T-junction, turn left onto Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you towards Qala. Once you reach Qala, continue onto Triq San Ġorġ and follow the signs for St. Anthony's Battery. The battery will be located on your right side, near the coastline.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From Xaghra, walk to the nearest bus stop at the main square. Take the bus heading towards Qala (check the bus schedule for the most updated times). The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Disembark at the stop named 'Qala'. From the bus stop, walk east on Triq Il-Kappillan towards Triq San Ġorġ. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see St. Anthony's Battery on your right.
