If you are in downtown Annapolis, start by heading southeast toward West Street. Walk along West Street until you reach the intersection with Rowe Boulevard. Turn left onto Rowe Boulevard and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Taylor Avenue. Cross over Taylor Avenue and walk towards the Maryland State House. From there, you can take a bus or a ride-sharing service to Washington, DC. Once you arrive in Washington, walk toward Lincoln Park by heading east on East Capitol Street until you reach the park at 20003.

From downtown Annapolis, you can catch the Annapolis Transit bus (Route 94) that goes to the New Carrollton Metro Station. Once you arrive at the New Carrollton station, take the Orange Line toward Vienna/Fairfax-GMU. Get off at the Capitol South Metro Station. From Capitol South, exit the station and walk east along East Capitol Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Lincoln Park at 20003.
