From downtown Annapolis, walk to the nearest bus stop at Main Street and West Street. Take the Annapolis Transit bus route 70 towards the New Carrollton Metro Station. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at the Greenbelt Metro Station to the Metro Green Line towards Branch Avenue. Ride for about 25 minutes until you reach the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride for 5 stops, getting off at the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Exit the station and walk north on 19th Street NW, then turn right onto 21st Street NW. The Phillips Collection will be on your left at 1600 21st St NW.

If you are in downtown Annapolis, start at the Maryland State House at 100 State Circle. Walk west on State Circle towards Church Circle and continue onto Main Street. Follow Main Street until you reach West Street. Turn left on West Street and walk until you reach the bus terminal. From there, follow the bus route instructions above or consider taking a rideshare service directly to The Phillips Collection.
