Getting There

  • Walking

    From the historic district of Annapolis, head towards Main Street. Walk along Main Street until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn left onto West Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Church Circle. From Church Circle, take the exit onto State Circle and continue straight, following the signs towards the Naval Academy. Keep walking until you reach the waterfront, then turn right onto Compromise Street. Follow Compromise Street until it curves into the East-West Boulevard. From there, you can catch a water taxi or continue walking towards the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. Once in the Inner Harbor, follow the signs towards Pratt Street, and you will find the Pratt Street Power Plant at 601 E Pratt St.

    Begin at the Annapolis Transit Center located at 3 Church Circle. Catch the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus Route 70 towards Baltimore. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, walk east along Baltimore Street until you reach the waterfront. Turn right onto Pratt Street and continue walking until you arrive at the Pratt Street Power Plant located at 601 E Pratt St.

    If you have access to a bike, you can take the scenic route from Annapolis to Baltimore. Start at the Annapolis City Dock and head towards the B&A Trail. Follow the trail north for about 12 miles until you reach the junction of the trail with the Baltimore-Annapolis Trail. Follow the signs to Baltimore, which will lead you to the Inner Harbor. Once you reach the Inner Harbor, navigate to Pratt Street and bike towards 601 E Pratt St where the Power Plant is located.
