The center is located approximately 2 miles from the main entrance. Once you reach Dunker Church Rd, turn left, and you will find the Visitor Center on your right. There is free parking available on-site.

    For those using public transportation, you can take a bus to Sharpsburg, MD. The closest bus station is approximately 3 miles from the Visitor Center. From the bus stop, you can either take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or walk to the Visitor Center. If walking, head northeast on Main St toward W Potomac St. Turn left onto W Potomac St, then right onto Dunker Church Rd. The Visitor Center will be on your left. Note that this walk is about an hour long, so plan accordingly.
