If you're driving from Harpers Ferry, take US-340 S for approximately 15 minutes. Continue onto WV-230 W for about 5 miles, then turn left onto E German St. The Historic Shepherdstown Commission & Museum will be on your right at 129 E German St. There is street parking available nearby, but please check for any parking restrictions.
