Getting There

• Light Rail

  If you are near the Baltimore Light RailLink, board the Light Rail train heading towards BWI Airport. You will need to ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Camden Yards' station. From there, walk east towards the Inner Harbor. As you walk, you will see the iconic Camden Yards baseball stadium on your left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Light Street, then turn right. The Maryland Science Center will be straight ahead at 601 Light St.

• Bus

  Find a bus stop that services the Baltimore CityLink or LocalLink buses. You can take the CityLink Yellow or the LocalLink 1 bus towards the Inner Harbor. Once you reach the stop at 'Light Street & Conway Street', get off and walk south along Light Street. The Maryland Science Center will be on your left at 601 Light St, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Inner Harbor area, you can easily walk to the Maryland Science Center. From the National Aquarium, head south along the waterfront promenade towards the USS Constellation. Continue along the path until you reach Light Street. The Maryland Science Center is located at 601 Light St, just a short walk from the promenade. Look for the large building with the planetarium dome.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter 'Maryland Science Center' or '601 Light St, Baltimore, MD 21230' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the entrance. This is a convenient option if you are carrying luggage or prefer not to navigate public transportation.
