Take the subway towards Owings Mills and get off at the next stop, 'Lexington Market'. Once you exit the subway, walk towards the intersection of W Baltimore St and N Paca St. From there, catch the MTA Bus 27 towards Preakness and get off at the 'Maryland Zoo' stop. The zoo entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.
