Take exit 33 for US-29 S towards Silver Spring/Washington. Continue on US-29 S, which becomes Colesville Rd. Follow Colesville Rd until it intersects with 16th St NW. Turn right onto 16th St NW, and then turn left onto U St NW. Finally, make a right onto 21st St NW, where The Phillips Collection is located on your left at 1600 21st St NW. There's parking available nearby.
