From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head east on Blackwater Road toward MD-16. Turn right onto MD-16 and continue for about 8 miles until you reach Cambridge. Once in Cambridge, turn left onto High Street. Follow High Street until it intersects with Water Street. The Choptank River Lighthouse will be located at the corner of High and Water Streets. There is street parking available nearby.
