From Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head southeast on Wildlife Drive. Continue until you reach the junction with MD-16 E. Turn left onto MD-16 E and follow it for approximately 12 miles. When you reach the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Race St. The Harriet Tubman Museum and Educational Center will be on your left at 424 Race St, Cambridge, MD 21613.
