From the main entrance of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, head south on Wildlife Drive. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-335. Turn left onto MD-335 South and follow the road for approximately 5 miles. You will pass through scenic views of the refuge. After that, turn right onto MD-4 South and continue for about 7 miles. Look for signs directing you to Fort Lincoln, which will be on your left. The total driving time should be approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic.
