From the main parking area of Cunningham Falls State Park, head south on Catoctin Hollow Road (MD-77) for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-40. Turn left onto US-40 East and continue for approximately 2.5 miles. You will pass through a scenic area. Look for signs indicating the turnoff for High Rock. Turn left onto High Rock Road, which is a gravel road. Follow this road for about 2 miles, and you will reach the parking area for High Rock. The location offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

While there is no direct public transportation option to High Rock, you can take a bus to nearby towns such as Smithsburg or Hagerstown.
