    From any point in Cunningham Falls State Park, head south on Catoctin Hollow Road (MD-77). Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 15. Turn right onto Route 15 North. After about 2.5 miles, take the exit toward Thurmont/MD-550. Merge onto MD-550 and follow it for about 2 miles. Finally, turn right onto Catoctin Furnace Road. Catoctin Furnace will be on your right at 12698 Catoctin Furnace Rd, Thurmont, MD 21788. Parking is available at the site.
