If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Deep Creek Lake. Head southeast on MD-219 S toward Swanton. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto State Park Road. Continue on State Park Road for about 1 mile, and the Deep Creek Lake Discovery Center will be on your left at 898 State Park Rd, Swanton, MD 21561. There is free parking available on-site.
