From Eastern Shore, take US-50 W (Ocean Gateway) towards the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on US-301 N. Merge onto I-95 N via the ramp to Baltimore. Then take exit 53 toward I-695 N/Towson. Merge onto I-695 N and take exit 29B to merge onto I-83 N toward Baltimore. Continue on I-83 N and take exit 7 for 28th St. Turn right onto 28th St, then take another right onto Art Museum Dr. The Baltimore Museum of Art will be on your left at 10 Art Museum Dr, Baltimore, MD 21218. Parking is available at the museum, which may incur a fee depending on the duration of your visit.

To reach the Baltimore Museum of Art from Eastern Shore via public transportation, first, you will need to take a Greyhound or other regional bus service from various locations in Eastern Shore to Baltimore. Once you arrive at the Baltimore bus station, you can use the Baltimore Light RailLink. Take the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the Baltimore Arena station. From there, transfer to the MTA Local Bus #61 towards the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Disembark at the 'Art Museum' stop.
