From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park and head northwest on MD-272 N. Continue on MD-272 N for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with I-95. Merge onto I-95 N and continue for about 34 miles. Take exit 27 for I-68 W toward Oakland. Follow I-68 W for about 23 miles. Take exit 4 for MD-219 N toward Oakland. Continue on MD-219 N for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Maple Glade Rd. Swallow Falls State Park will be located on your left at 2470 Maple Glade Rd, Oakland, MD 21550.
