Start at the Frederick Transit Center located at 100 South East St, Frederick, MD. Take the 'Frederick County Transit' bus route 60 heading towards Urbana. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, watching for the 'Urbana Pike' stop. Once you arrive at the 'Urbana Pike' stop, exit the bus and walk about 1 mile southeast along Urbana Pike. You will see Landon House on your left, which is a historic site. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as the frequency may vary.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in downtown Frederick. Head south on Market Street until you reach East Patrick Street. Turn left on East Patrick Street and continue until you reach US-15. Use the bike path to connect to Urbana Pike. Follow Urbana Pike for about 2.5 miles. Landon House will be on your right, and be cautious of traffic as you approach.

If you are feeling adventurous and wish to walk, start from the Frederick Historic District. Head south on Market Street and continue until you reach East Patrick Street. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with US-15. Cross safely and follow the pedestrian paths along Urbana Pike for approximately 2.5 miles. Be aware that this is a longer walk, about 50-60 minutes, depending on your pace, and may require walking along roads with traffic.
