Walking
If you are starting from the Gaithersburg City Hall, walk east on East Diamond Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with South Frederick Avenue (MD-355). Turn right onto South Frederick Avenue and continue for approximately 1 mile. You will see signs for the Montgomery County Fairgrounds on your left. The main entrance is clearly marked.

From the Gaithersburg Metro Station (on the Marc Train), take the train toward Washington, D.C. Get off at the next stop, which is the Rockville Station. Once at the Rockville Station, transfer to the Ride On Bus #46 heading toward Gaithersburg. Get off at the stop near the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Walk a short distance to the main entrance, which is well-signposted.
