If you're in downtown Rockville, start by walking to the Rockville Metro Station located at 30 Maryland Ave, Rockville, MD 20850. From there, take the Red Line train towards Glenmont. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Shady Grove Metro Station. Exit the station and locate the bus stop for the Ride On bus #55. Board the bus heading towards Gaithersburg. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop near 112 Brookes Ave, Gaithersburg. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to Constitution Gardens Park, which will be on your left.

If you are near Rockville Town Center, head towards East Montgomery Ave and walk straight until you reach North Washington St. Turn left on North Washington St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Brookes Ave. Turn right onto Brookes Ave, and Constitution Gardens Park will be on your right after a short walk.

For a biking option, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs available in Rockville. Start from the Rockville Town Center and head west on East Montgomery Ave. Continue biking until you reach North Washington St. Make a left turn onto North Washington St, and then take a right onto Brookes Ave. Continue biking down Brookes Ave for about a mile, and you will find Constitution Gardens Park on your right.
