  • Public Transportation

    If you're starting from the Gaithersburg Metro Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located directly outside. You can catch the Ride On Bus #56 towards 'Lakeforest Mall'. Once on the bus, stay on for about 5 stops, approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Montgomery Village Ave & Desellum Ave'. From there, walk south on Desellum Ave for about 0.3 miles (approximately 6 minutes on foot) until you reach Observatory Park at 100 Desellum Ave.

    If you are in the downtown area of Gaithersburg, you can walk to Observatory Park. Head east on E Diamond Ave. Continue straight until you reach Montgomery Village Ave. Turn right on Montgomery Village Ave and walk for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Desellum Ave. After about 0.2 miles, Observatory Park will be on your right at 100 Desellum Ave.

    If you have a bike, start from the Kentlands area. Head southeast on Market Street, then turn right onto Great Seneca Highway (MD-119).
