Start at the Gaithersburg Train Station located at 1 Depot Ct, Gaithersburg, MD. From the station, take the MARC Train on the Brunswick Line towards Union Station. Get off at the next stop, which is the Germantown station. Once you arrive, head to the bus stop near the station and catch the Ride On Bus Route 57 towards the Montgomery College – Germantown Campus. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Snouffer School Rd & Muncy Dr stop. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles northeast on Snouffer School Rd, and you will reach Nike Missile Local Park at 8500 Snouffer School Rd.

If you are already in the vicinity of Gaithersburg, you can walk to Nike Missile Local Park from the Gaithersburg City Hall located at 31 S Summit Ave. Start by walking south on S Summit Ave, then turn right onto E Diamond Ave. Continue until you reach the intersection with Montgomery Village Ave. Turn left onto Montgomery Village Ave and follow it until you reach Snouffer School Rd. Turn right onto Snouffer School Rd and walk straight for about 1.5 miles. The park entrance will be on your left at 8500 Snouffer School Rd.
