If you are starting from the Rockville Town Center, walk to the Rockville Metro Station (approximately 0.5 miles). From the station, take the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont. Disembark at the Shady Grove Metro Station. Once there, head to the bus terminal and catch the Ride On Bus Route 55 towards Gaithersburg. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near 506 S Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg. From there, Bohrer Park is a short walk away.

If you are near Rockville Town Center, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service. Head northwest on E Montgomery Ave toward N Washington St. Continue on the bike path to reach the Gaithersburg area. Follow the signs towards 506 S Frederick Ave, which will lead you directly to Bohrer Park. The bike ride is about 3 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes.
