After about 20 miles, take exit 30 onto MD-90 E toward Ocean City. Continue on MD-90 E for approximately 7 miles, then merge onto MD-611 S. Follow MD-611 S for about 5 miles until you reach Assateague Island National Seashore located at 7206 National Seashore Lane, Berlin, MD 21811. There is a parking fee at the entrance, which is typically around $25 per vehicle for a seven-day pass.
