From Laurel, head to the Laurel MARC Train Station located at 325 Laurel Ave. Take the Penn Line train towards Washington, D.C. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station in D.C., exit the station and walk to the nearby Metro Red Line. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont and get off at the Judiciary Square Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk: exit the station and head west on E St NW towards 5th St NW, then turn right onto 5th St NW and continue walking until you reach Pennsylvania Ave NW. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave NW, and your destination at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW #190 will be on your left.

Take the Prince George's County TheBus route 17 from Laurel, which departs from the Laurel Town Center. Ride the bus towards Greenbelt Metro Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Greenbelt Metro Station. From there, take the Green Line towards Branch Avenue. Transfer at L'Enfant Plaza to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Finally, transfer again at Gallery Place-Chinatown to the Red Line towards Glenmont and get off at Judiciary Square Station. Exit the station and walk approximately 10 minutes: head west on E St NW, turn right onto 5th St NW, then left onto Pennsylvania Ave NW to reach 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW #190.
