Public Transit - Bus
If you are starting from downtown Laurel, head to the nearest bus stop on Route 1. Take the Prince George's County bus (e.g., the 17 or 18) that heads towards Greenbelt Metro Station. After about 20-30 minutes, get off at the stop at Old Gunpowder Rd and Route 1. From there, walk north on Old Gunpowder Rd for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Fairland Regional Park, located on your right.
Bicycle
From downtown Laurel, you can rent a bike or use your own. Head south on Main St, then turn right onto Montgomery St. Continue onto the paved paths that lead to the Fairland Regional Park. This route will take you along scenic bike paths, and it should take around 20-25 minutes to reach the park.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the Laurel Town Center. Head north on Route 1 for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Old Gunpowder Rd and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. Fairland Regional Park will be on your left. This option will take around 40-50 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes.
