After about 1 mile, take exit 53B to merge onto I-395 N toward Downtown Baltimore. Follow signs for the Inner Harbor. Use the right lane to take the exit toward Pratt Street. Turn left onto E Pratt St, and you will find the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St on your right. Parking is available in nearby garages.

    From the Greenbelt Metro Station, take the Green Line towards Branch Ave. Transfer at Gallery Place-Chinatown to the Red Line towards Owings Mills. Get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. Walk east on E Pratt St for about 10 minutes, and you will reach the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St.
