Board the bus and ride it until you reach the Greenbelt Metro Station. Once at the station, transfer to the Metro Green Line towards Branch Avenue. Ride the Green Line until you reach the L'Enfant Plaza Station. At L'Enfant Plaza, transfer to the Metro Yellow Line towards Huntig Park. Ride to the Gallery Place-Chinatown station, and then transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Glenmont. Get off at the Inner Harbor station. From there, head east on E. Pratt Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St.
