Getting There

Bus
From Laurel, head to the nearest bus stop on Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue). Take the Metrobus B30 towards BWI Marshall Airport. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Greenbelt Metro Station. Transfer to the Green Line Metro towards Branch Avenue. Ride for 10 stops and get off at the 'Johns Hopkins Hospital' station. From there, switch to the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the 'Patterson Park' stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the station.

Train
Make your way to the Laurel Train Station. Board a MARC Train on the Camden Line towards Baltimore. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Baltimore Arena station. From the station, walk to the Light RailLink stop and board the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the 'Patterson Park' stop. The park is just a short walk away.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local bike-sharing service. Start your ride from the Laurel Town Center, heading south on Laurel-Bowie Road. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow it to the east. After about 10 miles, you will reach the Patterson Park area. Look for signs directing you to the park entrance, which is just off E Baltimore St.

If you're close to the center of Laurel, you can walk to Patterson Park by heading east on E Main St. Continue walking until you reach Route 1, where you will turn left. Walk along Route 1 for about 1.5 miles until you reach E Baltimore St. Turn right onto E Baltimore St and follow it for another mile until you see Patterson Park on your left.
