Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Rockville Town Center, walk to the Rockville Metro Station located at 255 N Washington St. Take the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Get off at the Silver Spring Station and transfer to the S2 or S4 bus towards Takoma. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop at 3545 Williamsburg Ln NW. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.

  • Metro

    From Rockville Metro Station, board the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Travel for about 25 minutes and disembark at the Friendship Heights Station. Exit the station and walk to the bus stop on Wisconsin Ave. Take the S2 or S4 bus towards Takoma. After around 10 minutes, get off at the stop at 3545 Williamsburg Ln NW. The park is just a short walk from there.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing station in Rockville. Head towards the Capital Crescent Trail and follow it southeast towards Washington, DC. Continue on the trail until you reach the intersection with Wisconsin Ave. Turn left and bike north for about 2 miles. Turn right onto Williamsburg Ln NW, and you will find Rock Creek Park at 3545 Williamsburg Ln NW.

  • Walking

    If you're close enough to Rock Creek Park, you can walk there. Start from Rockville Town Center and head south on Maryland Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hungerford Dr. Turn left on Hungerford Dr and walk until you reach the intersection with 355 South. Turn right and continue straight until you reach 3545 Williamsburg Ln NW. The park entrance will be on your right.
