From Bethesda, head to the Bethesda Metro Station located on Wisconsin Avenue. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. Ride the train for 8 stops and get off at the Judiciary Square Station. Upon exiting the station, follow signs for 4th Street NW. Walk south on 4th Street NW until you reach Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Turn left on Pennsylvania Avenue, and the US Navy Memorial Visitor Center will be on your right at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

Find the nearest bus stop along Wisconsin Avenue. Take the Ride On bus route 34 or 36 towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. Get off at the stop at 12th Street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. From there, walk west on Pennsylvania Avenue NW for about 5 minutes, and the US Navy Memorial Visitor Center will be on your left at 701 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.
