Take the second exit onto Grandin Ave. Continue walking on Grandin Ave for about 0.3 miles, and you will find the Rockville Park Historic District located between 701 and 799 Grandin Ave.

From the Rockville Metro Station, exit and head to the bus stop located at the station's entrance. Take the Ride On bus route 46 towards the Rockville Library. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the Grandin Ave & Wootton Pkwy stop. From there, walk northeast on Grandin Ave for about 0.2 miles and you will reach the Rockville Park Historic District located between 701 and 799 Grandin Ave.
