From the Rocky Gap State Park entrance, head south on Route 144 (Lake Shore Drive) for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Flintstone Creek Road. Continue for approximately 2 miles, and you will see Monkey's Head Rock on your right. There is no designated parking, so be sure to park safely along the side of the road.
